I have absolutely no idea why this berry Hippophae (in Finnish “tyrnimarja”) is also called as sea-buckthorns. Anyway, there was still these berries in our summer residence couple of week ago before covered by snow.
Fall is here once again and days are going darker. This year the autumn colors were very strong and picturesque. I took this photo in a park close to my home in Tampere.

We were exploring few weeks ago an interesting abandoned area in the Pispala district, Tampere. There is a real weird world of ruined factories decorated all around with graffiti, sad abandoned homes of junkies, down-and-outs etc. I took this panorama of myself in the former match factory, today probably the most painted building in the region.
