Fountain adjacent to Alexander Church in Tampere.
I was with girlfriend couple of nights in picturesque Sagadi Manor in Northern Estonia. This was from the evening walk near the manor house.
Another photo of celebrating the Midsummer in Korppoo.
Last weekend was a mid-summer festival and we were spending it with Päivi and Jussi in Korppoo, which is an island in the Turku Archipelago. We had a room in a quaint small hotel made to the old barn.
We spent four nights in Gdánsk, Poland in the beginning of June with my three friends. As we had there in 2010, now didn’t focused less to have-to-see sights (and more to cheap Zywiec). This is anyway one my compulsory tourist photos, a Neptune Fountain in the main square.
Last weekend I travelled with my friends by an old steam train from Haapamäki to Keuruu. It was a very fancy trip back to somewhere in the 1950’s with train whistling and old passenger cars. The journey was arranged by Haapamäki Museoveturiyhdistys (Museum train society).
It’s less than week to first of May. We started celebration already by baking awesome donuts and drinking mead (photo credit Päivi).
It’s a tradition in Western Coast of Finland to ignite bonfires on the Easter Saturday. I saw this one for the first time in my life in Kajaani where we were spending vacation. The atmosphere was nice, but quite freezing.
Ok, this is very old photo, I’m sorry. I’ve been lazy photographer last months. I browsed my photo archive and found this photo from the Prague trip ’08. I just wanted to try out some filters in Photoshop and this was the result. The photo shows Mala Strana (the Lesser Town), St. Vitus Cathedral and Hradčany (the royal castle district) seen from the tower of Charles Bridge on Prague. Once again I’m sorry if you feel it is over-photoshopped.
